I am in charge of strategy and management, for all design and communication activities in one of the leading e-commerce and web agencies in italy. i manage the creative department and take care of graphics, usability and visuals for some of the most prestigious brands in the national and international markets. triboo digitale was also founded by me in 2012, and now has a staff of 150 professionals with turnover of more than 55 millions of euros.

In 2007, I co-founded nascar, which was one of the leading italian agencies in the area of digital communication, design and web marketing. my creative direction in nascar focused on the management of the creative team and was aimed at the production of high quality output for both digital media and traditional channels. this included experimentally combining the know how of the traditional design to digital, while anticipating the concept of a web where design, communication and editorial content are mixed in a wise and targeted way.

fruit. beyond design

In 2005 I founded Fruit, a studio-lab that focused on visual identity and communication design above and below the line. I utilized a culture and design method for the production of “handcrafted designs” in which meticulous attention to detail characterized the entire production. In a very short time the agency earned appreciation and collaboration of several national and international companies and was published in several magazines.
Fruit represented the bridge to my future activities and was my first entrepreneurial experience. As a result of an extremely lean structure, the agency closed the first year with a net profit of more than 70% of sales.

In my role as art director i collaborated with the one of the best advertising agencies in southern Italy and coordinated the graphic team. I was responsible for the quality of the projects assigned to my team, the management of the design of complex visual identity systems, as well as signage systems and communication campaigns on line and off line.
This experience was one of the most important steps in my training.

My first real experience in the world of digital design was as a web art director for Dial advanced communication services. My task was to plan and design web interfaces for private companies, organizations and government agencies. During this collaboration I began to experience the opportunity to bring together planning and content in digital layout and learned how to study and deepen the themes of usability, user experience and interaction design.

My first work experience and great basic training begins at the studio-lab Ag Fronzoni where I studied and experienced the design method that is still with me today. As a graphic designer, I was in charge of graphic design of visual identity systems with a focus on the activities of interior design, exhibitions and publishing.
